  • 5% excl. VAT of the property’s value

  • 30% excl. VAT of the annual headline rent

  • 10% excl. VAT of the tranfer / eviction amount for commercial leases

  • 1.5% excl. VAT of assets under management

  • 1.5% to 5% excl. VAT of the amount of the capital /debt raised

All the above pricing may be increased by contractually agreed performance fees.

Independently from those fees, Montaigne Invest, may require reimbursement of the expenses incurred during the performance of its assignments.

Costs and fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
